It is constructed from thermal insulated concrete panels and is 23,436 sq.ft. It has a 6,211 sq.ft. Sanctuary that seats 437 patrons with access to a second floor balcony that is approx. 2,380 sq.ft., a 4,344 sq.ft. fellowship hall & 2,100 sq.ft. of administrative/classroom space that will provide daycare services.

Marlboro Meadows Baptist Church Upper Marlboro, MD. 20774. Proposed Church construction completion date is TBD. It will be constructed from thermal insulated concrete panels and is 14,300 sq.ft. It has a 8,000 sq.ft. Sanctuary that will seat 400 patrons , a 4,000 sq.ft. fellowship hall & 2,300 sq.ft. of administrative/classroom space that will provide daycare services. Church plans to also provide indoor activities (Basketball Court) for community access.
